How to Apply Eye liner

How to correctly apply eye liner to upper and lower lid.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• eyeliner pencil and/or liquid

1. 

   Clean eye area.

2. 

   For lower lid take pencil or brush and apply above lash line but below actual lip. Don't put on lid this can cause infection. For a more dramatic look go from corner to corner For more suddle just go above lower lasher.

3. 

   For upper lid apply pencil or brush above lashes not under. The lid another area that's easy to get infection. Close your eye and hold outer corner. Make small line from corner to corner. For dramatic look or just to play up your eyes and do outer corner.
