Milking in a clean environment so as to keep the standard of your milk
Step2
Take your milk to the milking centre immediately after milking
Step3
Test your milk and chill it at the collection centre in order to keep it fresh
Step4
Transport your milk to to the factory in order to be processed and packed
Step5
After your milk is processed and packet,it will be free to be sold to your customers.However avoid mixing your milk with water

on 4/26/2008 I love reading your articles for the insight into Ugandan life. I'm sure the milk sold at your markets is much better quality than our standard milk in the US. Most agriculture, meat and dairy products are from large 'factory' farms and are of a low standard. We have to pay high prices here for organic milk from local farmers.
