You have the locks of a goddess and you want to make sure that others see them at their best. Styling curly hair can be challenging when you are unfamiliar with it. Let’s get familiar with it.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Pre- shampoo & condition those locks

  2. Step 2

Apply styling product, using your hands, press sections of hair through the palms of your hands, to spread product.

  3. Step 3

    Set dryer to cool

  4. Step 4

Take sections of hair approximately ½ inch. Twist into a pin curl, or circle shape, wrap around finger and slide hair off, resting at scalp.

  5. Step 5

Use cool dryer directing air- flow at the root area first.

  6. Step 6

Work the length and ends as the root dries.

  7. Step 7

Use a little heat on the length and ends as they dry to set the shape of the curl

  8. Step 8

    Let the hair cool

  9. Step 9

Finish by holding the hair in a curled shape and spraying with hair spray, tada!!! Locks of a goddess!

Tips & Warnings
  • Hold the ends together so that the hair does not frizz or separate in the finish
  • Heat length and ends to set the curl
