- running shoes
- comfortable, loose fitting clothing
- a bandana for you to tye your hair back out of your face
Step1
The first, and easiest short run would be to your own mailbox...it sounds ridiculous but tones your legs a little...
Step2
Next we go on a bit longer run and that is down a hill and then back up again...You may have to drive to where a hill is located but it is a fast endeavour and oh so good for you!!!
Step3
When the mall is closed during the early morning there is always an entrance left open to the public...All of the stores are closed but it is the perfect time to run around the perimeter of the mall... This is the longest "short run" you will make! I hope you get in better shape!
