Deprivation is the number on reason people fall off a diet plan.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • A Diet Plan
  • A Weight Loss Plan

Step1
Reduce the calories in your diet by one or two hundred calories. It doesn’t really matter if you cut out a certain food or not, you just have to maintain portion control.
Step2
Maintain an exercise plan. Exercising will help you to continue to burn calories and help you have more energy in general.
Step3
If you want a cookie, or a piece of cake, go for it. Most people go off of diets because they deprive themselves of their favorite foods.
Step4
Remember portion control! If you do go for that cake, don’t go for four slices. Make a conscious decision to only eat enough to cure you craving for it.
