Sometime when you are on a weight loss plan, you want your spouse to join in. If they are trying to avoid the weight loss plan, there are tips to follow to get them in the game!

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Don’t call them fat. You wouldn’t want to be called fat; neither do they. It is best to approach the subject as a joint effort.

  2. Step 2

    Be kind and don’t criticize. Not everyone wants to lose weight at one time. Give them time to join you in your new lifestyle choices.

  3. Step 3

    Exercise together. Diet and exercise plans tend to work better when someone has a support system. If you want them to stay healthy, prove it be joining in on their new lifestyle.

  4. Step 4

    Don’t quit. If you quit, they have no reasons to stay on the program. Make sure you stay a good example.
