Things You'll Need:
- Champagne flute
- Chilled Champagne
- Bitters
- Sugar cubes
- Marachino cherries

Step 1
Place sugar cube in bottom of champagne flute. It does not need to sit on the very bottom of the glass.

Step 2
Pour 2 drops of bitters directly on top of the sugar cube.

Step 3
Pour chilled champagne in the glass up to about an inch from the top.

Step 4
Drop a marachino cherry in the drink and serve. Enjoy!
