Step 1
If you want to use an organic yarn you can purchase them form a variety of online sources and craft stores. You can do a search online for Organic yarn, recycled yarns, 100% cotton yarns and other yarns.

Step 2
As a crocheter and sometimes knitter, I recently wondered about the yarns we use to make our craft projects with and what they are made of.
100 % cotton yarns are natural fibers but what about orgnaic yarns how do they measure up? -
Step 3
Bernat has an Organic Cotton Yarn which is available at Joann Craft stores and online. This yarn is all natural cotton, and is great for creating soft clothing, dishcloths, and baby items. They come in a variety of colors including creative names like hemp and tea leaves.
It's nice to know that the crafting world is adding more ogranic items, especially when making children's items.
Bernat Organic Cotton yarn is soft, strong, and easy to use. Each skein could probably use a little more yardage but the colors are nice and make up some great gift ideas for friends and family.
As we become a more "green" world, the crafting world will start providing us with more organic choices from fabrics, paper, yarn and other crafts. It will be interesting to see what new products arrive in the next couple of years!!
