Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 6 egg matzo
- 1/2 c. wine
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1 lb. conf. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 T. cocoa
- 2 T. rum or liquor
Step1
Soak the 6 egg matzo in the 1/2 cup of wine.
Step2
Cream together margarine, sugar, egg yolk, cocoa and liquor.
Step3
Alternate one layer of matzo and one layer of cream till all the matzo is used. Cover top and sides with cream. Refrigerate
