3. Decide What Features You Want the Company to Do: You may have to do further research to understand each of these: print-on-demand or larger print run, copyedit, substantive edit, typeset text, apply for copyright, obtain ISBN #, obtain barcode, design the cover, submit to Amazon.com, order fulfillment.
