Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade.
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, drained, resrving 1/2 cup syrup.
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract.
  • 3 kiwi, peeled, thinly sliced.
  • 2 small peaches, cut in thin wedges.
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, halved.
  • 1/2 pint blueberries.
  • 1 cup seedless red or green grapes.
  • 1 cup each, cantaloupe and honeydew melon, cut in chunks.
  • a piece of plastic wrap.
  1. Step 1

    MIX orange marmalade, reserved syrup from mandarin oranges and almond extract in a small bowl; set aside.

  2. Step 2

    COMBINE fruits in large glass serving bowl. Drizzle marmalade mixture over fruit.

  3. Step 3

    COVER with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 30 minutes or unitl ready to serve.
