While this may sound hard to believe - it isn't. This how-to is especially for those guys out there who have tried everything in the playbook to "pick up" girls and nothing has worked. Find the girl of your dreams - then melt her heart with these sure-fire steps to true love.

1. The Initial Approach - This step, of course, is critical. But you have to act as though it isn't. Whether it's a bar, a dance, or a grocery store - the approach has to be non-intimidating, non-intrusive, and extremely friendly. If you see her gazing perplexed at the cereal boxes, just walk up beside her and state matter-of-factly - "They really do all look about the same don't they..." with a perplexed look on your own face. Or if she's the girl who has been sitting beside you in class all semester, take the first opportunity to pair or group up with her during in-class sessions. Always be on the lookout for an opportunity to ease into her world with a subtle but witty comment. Remember - girls aren't quite as superficial as guys. If you can make her smile and laugh...you are well on your way to capturing her heart.
2. The Bait - You need something to catch her attention and keep her interest. Once you make the approach and you've made her laugh (or even just smile), you need to strike up a conversation and find out what she's all about. Where she's from, what she does during her free time. Immediately compliment something about her - her watch, her shirt, or her hair (avoid eyes...it's cliche)...and then offer something about yourself first. 3. Reeling Her In - Once you've identified at least one interest of hers, hone in on it. If she mentions she received the watch as a birthday gift from her Aunt in Maine - ask her if she visits Maine often, and mention how beautiful Perkins' Cove is, has she ever been there? Look for lead-ins and you will soon find that you're learning more about her than you ever could have imagined.

Tips & Warnings

• Don't expect a 2 hour conversation, just long enough so she remembers you
• Keep your distance - don't crowd her, women like their space.
• Look good - only attempt to do this when you are well-groomed and well-dressed, it increases your chances exponentially!
