Things You'll Need:
- t-bone or porterhouse steak
- stick of real butter
- lemon pepper
- salt
- onions or mushrooms

Step 1
Wash steak and season both sides (to taste) with lemon pepper and salt. Cut stick of butter in half and cook on medium in frying pan.
When butter is melted put steak in with butter. Cover cook on low for 2-3 minutes on both sides cut small slits when you flip the steak or punch holes all over steak with small knife. -
Step 2
Remove lid and add half cup of chopped onions and/or mushrooms. Turn heat to med setting watch steak closely cutting or punching holes while steak is cooking flipping ever 60-90 seconds for about 3-5 minutes or until steak is to taste.

Step 3
Stir onion/mushrooms frequently so they wont stick even placing them on top of steak. Turn off heat. Put steak on plate spoon onion/mushrooms on plate including the butter it cooked in. enjoy
