Well, your weight is getting heavy but you hate to do the diet plan or just to get up your couch. Now, how can you lose that heavy weight if you feel lazy even just to cook or grab your food in the refrigerator?

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
One way is to take green tea especially Chinese tea bags. I bet you will get up from your couch or bed in no time and run to the bathroom.
Step2
Eat green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of water these foods will surely make your body active and alive.
Step3
If you are alone and do not care to get up from the bed, because you just want to watch television.
Well, at least you have to make yourself to watch shows that can make you laugh just like "Just for Laughs" in this way your mind will feel happy and your brain will encourage you to get up and go out to talk to your friends.
