  1. Step 1

    Head to the salad bar. Fill your plate with luscious greens, lean chicken, colorful veggies and lite dressing.

  2. Step 2

    Fill up on fruit instead of cakes and cookies. Grab a bowl and fill it with pineapples, grapes and strawberries.

  3. Step 3

    Have a bowl full of frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruit and skip the ice cream.

  4. Step 4

    For your main course, grab baked or rotisserie chicken and cooked veggies.
