Step1
Tell your friend how important she is and she deserves better let her know that it only gets worst and the first step is leaving.
Step2
Explain if there are children involved they will eventually be included in the abusive behavior and deserve a better start in life.
Step3
Call your local shelters and ask about housing placement for battered women and child protective service they help people they don't just take kids away they are a good resource for battered women.

  • if the problem is way out of control advise them to get a personal protection order
