Things that will help you--> +Apples -lower risk of heart disease, prevent constipation, control diabetes, and prevent cancer. +Apricots -help protect the eyes, and prevent heart disease. +Artichokes -protect against cancer, prevent heart and liver disease, and also prevent birth defects. +Asparagus -prevent birth defects, and reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer! +Avacodos -control cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and prevent birth defects! OK, well that all for now my fingers are tired. :)
