How to make a Creamy Chicken Casserole.

This article will provide you with a chicken casserole recipe that is super easy and only needs a minimum of five ingredients.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2-3 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 16oz Sour Cream
  • Family Size Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • veggies of your choice (optional)

Step1
Rinse chicken breasts and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Step2
Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup in large mixing bowl.
Step3
Crush 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers in large bowl, then add melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
Step4
After chicken has cooked and cooled cut chicken into bit size pieces. Then add to sour cream and soup mixture. Mix thoroughly. If adding vegetables add now.
Step5
Pour mixture into 13x9 baking dish or large casserole dish. Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top. ( You may also want to put some Ritz cracker crumbs at the bottom before adding the casserole to the pan)
Step6
Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
