Here is an easy way to try our already easy to make appetizer in a new and exciting way. Shrimp Cocktail for me has always been a little boring and something you're not ecstatic to eat, so i learned how to make it with little more of a kick!
(serves 6-8 people)

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 bags of Shrimp
  • Deep bowl
  • 3-6 jalapeno chiles
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4-6 limes
  • 6-8 Avocados
  • 2 bottles of spicy V-8 juice
  • 1/2 bottle of Tapatio Hot sauce
  • 1 bulk of Cilantro
  • 2 bags of Tostitos corn tortilla chips(optional)
  1. Step 1

    First you want take the deep bowl and pour the Spicy V-8 Juice into the bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Then you want take the Capitan Choice shrimp and put them into bowl. This allows the shrimp to soak up the Spicy V-8 flavor as you continue on with the rest of the steps.

  3. Step 3

    You want slice and dice the jalapeno Chile, 1/2 onion, cilantro, and the avocados. As you finish dicing each of the items go ahead and begin adding them to shrimp and V-8 Juice.

  4. Step 4

    Slice each lime into halves and using a juicer squeeze all the juice out of the limes and add it to the shrimp cocktail.

  5. Step 5

    Slice each lime into halves and using a juicer squeeze all the juice out of the limes and add to the shrimp cocktail, and stir.

  6. Step 6

    ENJOY!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • I enjoy eating the chips with shrimp Cocktail so maybe you'll want to try it too! but again its optional.
  • Occasionally stir the Shrimp Cocktail as you are making it.
  • It may be really spicy so if you can't take don't make it!
