Things You’ll Need:

  • Moderation
  • Water
  • Excersise routine
Step1
Separate what week you will do dieting and what week you will not diet.
Step2
When you decided that you are full ALWAYS drink water behind the meal. This way you really will feel full. Also, you are helping the break down of your food quicker with the help of fluids.
Step3
Exercise when ever you can! You can burn calories just by doing 25 push ups at night or brisk walking for 10 mins. Try to do any form of exercise everyday.

Tips & Warnings

  • Through out the day do spurts of different exercises
  • Suck in your gut all day when you walk and sit
  • Slow down on sugary beverages
  • Find time to get a good sweat in through out the weeks
  • Never deprive your body of required nutrients such as the required calorie intake.
  • Monitor your weight if it seems to be dropping or piking up to fast adjust your diet.
  • Remember to never overdue exercise routines (you only need to get your heart pumping faster to lose calories)
