Vegetable oil spray
10 oz. package refrigerated pizza dough
3 or 4 medium Italian plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, snipped
Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup part-skim
Step1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step2
Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with vegetable oil. Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Step3
Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with basil and season with pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
Step4
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or according to package directions.

Just planted the garden, which will be bursting with tomatoes and basil in a few months. This is tops on my to-do list when everything is ready to be harvested. YUM!!
