• basic flash light(approx $4)
• radioshack flashlight bulb(approx $1.50)
• drill(should have)
• x3 size C batterys($4.00)
• Black spray paint(optional)

1. Get your flashlight and remove the battery's and the weak bulb.
2. insert your extra strong bulb correctly.
3. Use the drill to make the inside of the flashlight large enough to insert the size C battery's(this will give it the extra power it needs)
4. Put the flashlight back together and if you what it to look like a police light spray it black. Now watch the bulb and see that it has improved by a great deal.
