Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Antioxidant rich foods
  • Calcium rich foods
  1. Step 1

Start eating berries and pomegranates. They are high in anti-aging antioxidants, which keep skin cells healthy.

  2. Step 2

Replace your sodas with green tea. Green tea has massive amounts of antioxidants. White green tea is even better.

  3. Step 3

Drink lots of water. Water plumps up your skin cells, which smooths out wrinkles. This makes you look younger in just hours.

  4. Step 4

Milk your diet to prevent aging. You want to keep your body strong and fit, which makes you age more slowly. That is why it is important to get three servings of calcium rich foods a day. Calcium is important for building strong bones and teeth. No matter how good your skin looks you'll still look old without teeth!
