Things You’ll Need:

• glass
• high lighter
• razor blade
• black light
• gloves

1. Cut the bottom end of the high lighter off and take the ink out then cut the ink in half long ways.
2. put the glass under a tap and turn it on slowly. soak and rinse out the ink in to the glass until there is no ink left in the cotton.
3. use the black light to activate the fluorescent effect. you can pour it in to other water and the effect wont stop.

Tips & Warnings

• If using it at a Halloween party it is best to use a red high lighter
• The high lighter ink will stain your fingers so make sure to wear gloves
