tone up your postpartum body

Losing the baby weight is not all, it's the tone of your body that makes you feel good about yourself again. For people who don't have time, or don't have the discipline, like me, here are some ideas you can achieve the weight lose and toning up without much effort. It's easier than you think, and it works !

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • An open mind
  • An easy spirit
  • A car
  • Fresh air
  • Lots of water
  • Lots of apples
  • Music
  1. Step 1

Eat an apple first thing in the morning, it's the best to clean out all the toxin accumulated in your intestines, and the fruit enzyme gets you back on track.

  2. Step 2

Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins, and funny enough, it helps with all the swollen hands and feet.

  3. Step 3

Get out if you can, fresh air cleans your body and brings oxygen to your body, it evens speeds up your metabolism.

  4. Step 4

Put on your favourite music and dance for your baby. It will also improve your mood and you will be surprised how depression can add pounds to your body and it takes away the glow on your face and body.

  5. Step 5

Get in the car, drive around, preferably a stick shift, if not, it's ok. Here's the trick, tilt the back of your seat a little bit further than your normal comfy position, just a little bit, so you will unconsiously squeeze your abs when you hold your steering, it also tightens a lot of your muscles by doing so. If you drive 20 mins each day, that's your 20 minutes abs :-)

  6. Step 6

Breast-feed if you can, even if it's just for fun, it does wonders to your body.

Tips & Warnings
  • Eat your apples with the skin if possible
  • Drink warm water first thing in the morning, followed by cold water
  • Put on the music you truly like, the ones which always makes you sing and dance
  • Don't think about what you are trying to achieve, just do it for fun.
