Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 Cup Margarine (or butter)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Cup Self Rising Unbleached Flour (aluminum free is best!)
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 5 Mashed old bananas (the older the better)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Cinamon
- 5 Tablespoons of Soy Milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a glass or ceramic baking dish.

Cream together margarine and Sugar.

Pour in the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork.

Pour ingredients into baking dish and put in the oven for about 1 hour. You will have to prick the middle of the bread to see if it needs more time (it should not be wet and gooey). Not all ovens are calibrated the same.

Remove from the oven when pricked ready and let sit for at least 30 minutes before removing from the pan and serving
