Think of the basics. Pain reliever, antacid, even a couple of elastic bandages are required.
Step2
How do you look? Ever dumped coffee on your blouse right before a big meeting? Put away a few stain removal cloths. Popped a crucial button or zipper in the middle of the day? Add a small travel sewing kit. Scuffed shoes? Polish comes in pads or small bottles nowadays.
Step3
What about your health? Eventually you'll forget to take your prescription medicine before you rush out of the house in the morning so keep a couple in your kit.
Step4
Share. A well-supplied survival kit can make you very popular around the office—including with your boss.
Tips & Warnings
To take full advantage of Step 4, have a large bottle of pain reliever.

I have all the items you've listed in my office survival and several more that I'd like to suggest (for working gals) such as: clear nail polish (for catching that run just starting in your hose); an extra pair of pantyhose for emergencies; mouthwash/floss; small package of handiwipes; sanitary pad/pantiliner(if not for you, for a friend in need); extra plastic fork/spoon. Make sure you have a couple of safety pins in your sewing kit. All these items can be kept in a zippered toiletry bag or a small plastic lidded box in your desk.
