How to Earn a Girlfriend's Trust

Trust is not something that most people just give to others in their life. It is a valued status that must be earned over time. If you want to earn your girlfriend's trust, you need to accept the fact that it takes time. If you violate her trust after you have it, you might never be given a second chance to earn it back.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate
Step1
Make her feel safe in the relationship and safe with you. Talk openly to her and share your secrets. Show her that you trust her to make it easier for her to trust you.
Step2
Prove she can trust you by never repeating what she says to others. Keep her secrets and foster her growing trust.
Step3
Always speak the truth when you talk to her. Telling a lie, even if it is a small one, is a barrier to trust in the relationship. It is hard to trust someone after you catch them in a lie.
Step4
Do what you say you are going to do. If you are always breaking dates or not following through on other things you say you are going to do, you are showing her you are not trustworthy.
Step5
Tell her yourself if you make a mistake or do something that hurts her. If she finds out from someone else, it is worse.
Step6
Apologize if you do something that shakes her trust in you. Don't get defensive or fight with her over it. Tell her you realize you were wrong and then don't do it again.
