1. Choose the subject for your quiz. Decide on the questions and answers that will be included. After naming your quiz, pick the type of quiz you want to use. There are eight available from which to choose. To do this, select the "Add Question" tab at the top of your screen. Under the tabs are icons for the eight different quiz types. Click the one you want to use.
2. Look for the "Add Question" box that pops up. Enter the first question in the top box and the possible answer choices into the bottom boxes. Remember to check which answer is correct. Click "OK."
3. Click the icon representing the quiz type at the top of the screen again and the "Add Question" box will reappear. Repeat Step 2 as many times as you need to complete your quiz.
4. Make the quiz in your own style by changing different features in the Player Template. You can change appearance, author information, layout, audio and pictures from this template.
5. Randomize the answers or shuffle the questions if you wish. Do this by choosing "Settings" from the "Quiz Properties" menu. Randomizing will mix up the answers for each question when you publish the quiz. Shuffling the questions will place the questions in a different order when you publish the quiz.
6. Save your quiz. Choose "Save As" from the File menu, enter the name of the quiz and click "Save." You can publish your quiz to the Internet when you are ready.
