Krishna is a deity of the Hindu religion. He is vital to many Hindu practices and depicted as either the Bhagavata Purana or the Bhagavad Gita. The only way to effectively contact Krishna is to follow all of the Hindu traditions and to honor the Hindu beliefs before attempting to contact Krishna.

  1. Step 1

    Keep your body pure. To do this, you must follow a sattvic vegetarian diet which means you abstain from meat, eggs, fish and spicy food. In addition, you must abstain from drug use, alcohol and tobacco products.

  2. Step 2

    Live a simple life that is free from material bonds. Hinduism teaches that material possessions are only to enhance the health and well-being of people.

  3. Step 3

    Maintain a positive and pure attitude. The Hindu religion teaches that a positive and pure attitude, including having positive and pure thoughts, will lead to only positive and pure actions.

  4. Step 4

    Repeat a Krishna-centered mantra and focus only on Krishna. You should do this many times a day.

  5. Step 5

    Follow a set worship and meditation schedule that includes worship to Krishna. You have to do this because you want to do it. You also have to have pure motivations when you worship and meditate.

  6. Step 6

    Worship at temple. This will help to keep your mind pure and focused on valid points in the Hindu religion.

  7. Step 7

    Associate with other Hindu worshipers that are active in the faith. This will help you to form a strong support system.
