Set a time limit for playing on Neopets. Buy a timer or set an alarm to make sure that you stop playing when time is up.

Remove Neopets from your list of favorites. This will make it harder to navigate to Neopets.

Turn off all Neopets notification emails. You can do this by going to the account management section of the Neopets site.

Delete all of your Neofriends, block Neofriend requests and Neomails. If you are in a guild, quit the guild. This will stop other users from being able to contact you.

Put your Neopets in the Neolodge so you don't think about feeding them or caring for them. You can also put them up for adoption by disowning them.
