Move your body at the waist from side to side while pulling your head back to avoid an opponent's punches. Move your upper body in almost a figure eight pattern to incorporate both bobbing and weaving.

Tips & Warnings
Weave left when your opponent throws a right-handed punch and to the right when your opponent throws a left-handed punch.
Lead with your head when bobbing and bob outside your opponent's punches. Then, quickly return to your normal stance.
Do not bend too far down at the waist while weaving. This may throw you off balance.
Do not go through the same bob and weave movements repeatedly. Your opponent will be able to guess where you will go next and land his next punch.
