2
Pour floral foam powder or cubes or wax crystals into the margarita glass. Use a color that matches the flavor of the margarita--green for a regular margarita, pink for a strawberry. Hot glue the cardboard to the top of the glass.

Choose flowers and embellishments. Pick flowers that match the type of margarita. For strawberry margaritas, use pink lilies, roses and carnations. For a frothy look, use white cushion poms. Add some greens or colored roses on top.

4
Glue half of a floral foam or Styrofoam ball to the top of the cardboard with the flat side down. Glue or wire the flowers to the Styrofoam. Make sure the whole surface is covered.

Add embellishments like a large straw and some faux fruit. Use lime slices, apples or strawberries, depending on the flavor of the margarita.
