Step1
Visit the NBC website and review the steps to apply for "The Apprentice." You can read about past contestants and take note of their qualifications.
Step2
Make a five-minute video, DVD or mini DVD to explain why you should be a candidate on "The Apprentice." You must start with your name, age and hometown. After that, it is up to you to dazzle them and sell yourself as a candidate.
Step3
Fill out the online application. The application lists the rules and requirements and the locations of the interviews for semi-finals and finals. You must enter your personal information and sign the included release and agreement forms.
Step4
Send your five-minute recording and your application to the address listed. The tape becomes property of "The Apprentice." If you want a copy, be sure to do it before mailing your information. You can find contestant deadlines for "The Apprentice" on their website.
Step5
Wait patiently to hear from NBC and "The Apprentice." If you receive notification that you've been accepted into the semi-finals, you must fill out a more in-depth application.
