How to Become Pale

While most people out there are trying to put on as dark of a tan as possible, there are a good number of beauty-minded people who find a pale look to be more attractive. Fortunately, there are a few simple steps you can take if you want to become more pale.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Stay out of the sun at all times, not just outdoors. While you're indoors keep the curtains drawn and shutters closed. If you like seeing the light or need to go outdoors regularly then put on a sunscreen that's greater than SPF 40 first thing in the morning. Also wear a hat and sunglasses any time you step outside.
Step2
Exfoliate your skin often with a loofah or bath sponge and exfoliating soap since tanned skin only goes a few layers deep. If you don't have much luck with exfoliating at home then go to beautician or day spa for a full body exfoliation session.
Step3
Use a skin lightening product such as Meladerm which eradicates unwanted pigmentation and dark spots and helps your skin become more pale. Consult with your dermatologist before starting heavy use of such a cream and once you do start go easy at first so you can monitor the progression of the cream.
Step4
Liquefy a cucumber and a carrot and squeeze out some lime juice. Take one spoonful of each and mix them together. Apply the mixture together and allow it sit on your skin for 15 minutes and then wash it off. Play around with the amounts of each ingredient in the mixture to see what makes you become more pale.
