Locate RSS feeds that you would like to add to your blog. You can search via RSS directories or via search engines. Or you can watch for the RSS symbol on your favorite websites. It's an orange box with the letters "RSS" or "XML" on it or it may be an orange box with a striped appearance.

Click on the RSS feed. Fill out the necessary information to complete signing up for it. Copy the address of the RSS's URL to your clipboard.

Open your Google homepage. If you don't have one, you can easily get one and set it up. If you already have gmail, you already have a Google account and can create your web page from there.

Find the "Add Stuff" link in the upper right-hand corner of the Google homepage. Click on it. You now have an option on the right side of the page that allows you to "Add Feed or Gadget" by URL. Click on that link.

Paste the URL of the RSS feed into the form. Click the "Add" button.

Preview your web page. You can change the location of the RSS feed button if you wish. You can also add other RSS feeds. When you have the Google homepage the way you want it to appear then publish it.
