How to Add a Blogger Atom Feed to a Personal Google Page

An atom feed is a type of newsreader or RSS (Real Simple Syndication) feed that you can add to a Blogger blog or a personal Google page. An alternative to RSS feeds, atom feeds are not as common as RSS feeds. You can easily link your Blogger blog with others through atom feeds.       Find an atom feed that your would like to add to your Google homepage. You can use a search engine to find atom feeds, or you can use atom feed directories. Another good way to find atom feeds is to look on your favorite websites. If you see an orange box with a dot in the lower left corner and two white, curved lines, you have found an atom feed.

      Click on the atom feed link or graphic to sign up for it. As part of the process, you see a URL with the atom's feed on it. Copy that to a safe location.

      Go to your Google homepage and open it. If you have a gmail account but haven't set up your homepage, it's easy to do. If you don't have gmail, you can easily sign up for a Google account.

      Add the atom feed. Locate the "Add Stuff" link. It's in the upper right-hand corner of your Google homepage. Click on it. Now locate the "Add Feed or Gadget" link on the right-hand side of that page.
