How to Act in Bed

Depending on who is under the covers with you at any given time, you must develop different behaviors. If you are alone you can act any way you want--eat in bed, wear your most comfortable rags and push the linens all over the bed. However, if you plan to share your bed with a new partner, here are a few tips to make your partner as comfortable as possible.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Make the bed with clean linens before you open your sleeping haven to a new partner. Your partner should not be exposed to unwanted odors under the covers. Air out the pillows if you have not done so in a while.
Step2
Keep conversation light and playful. This is not the time to discuss the meal you shared earlier or your worries at work. Focus on your partner and do not debate at this time. Bed is the time for romance and closeness and not for bringing up controversy.
Step3
Cuddle. Move close to your partner and snuggle close. This helps to ease any tension that may be present. Move to the other side if you are already both in the middle. Don't make your partner come to you; this is not the time for a power play.
Step4
Put your cold feet and hands under the covers to warm them up before touching your partner. While his body may be warm and inviting you could put a cold damper on the playfulness by trying to warm up from his heat.
Step5
Lower your voice an octave. Shouting and loud talking can be very obnoxious in bed especially if you are close to your partner's ear.
