- 1 large scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 6 large strawberries
- 5 ice cubes
- 8 oz. fresh water
- 1 medium banana
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 large scoops chocolate protein powder
- 10 oz. cold water
- 1 tbsp. organic peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- 8 oz. water
- 2 tbsp. whipping cream
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
- 6 oz. fresh brewed coffee

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.

Turn the blender on high and mix until is creamy.
