Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Log in to your Netflix account. Toward the top of the page you'll find a "Your Account" link. This takes you to a page with your account information, billing and rental history and account preferences. Choose the "Help with a DVD Problem" link to report a shipping problem.
Step2
Go to your account.
Step3
Choose the DVD in question. You should see a list of the movies that you currently have out for rent along with the date that they were shipped out. If one of them never arrived at your door, click on the title to report the problem.
Step4
Pick the right report to file. Netflix gives you several choices regarding problems with your DVDs. You can report shipping problems related to receiving or sending back, as well as problems such as damaged or wrong DVDs sent. Click on the option that most closely matches your problem.
Step5
Fill in the particulars. Netflix asks for a little bit of information before processing your report. If you never received the disc, they confirm your address and ask you if you want to receive a replacement disc. If you shipped the DVD back and they never received it, they ask you when you shipped it back and from what ZIP code.
Step6
Click on "Report Problem" to finish the claim.
