Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to Multiply.com, and sign up for free membership. Create your user name and password.

  2. Step 2

Select the tab that says "Groups" from the top of your page. You'll be redirected to a page that allows you to search for specific groups or to create a new one. Click on the link to create a new group.

  3. Step 3

Determine an ID for your group between four and 20 characters long. It will be a part of the URL used to access the group page. Try to make it something you can easily remember.

  4. Step 4

Come up with a name for your group. This can be longer than the ID you created earlier.

  5. Step 5

Write the description of what the group is for and why it was created. This information is important in capturing the attention of others to get them to join.

  6. Step 6

Go through the checklist, and decide what members should be allowed leave posts, blogs, photographs or videos. Once that is complete, click "Ok" at the bottom of your page. The group is now complete.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can make changes when you need to by clicking on the link in the upper-right corner of your group page that says, "Edit Group Profile." Click "Ok" when you're done to apply the changes you've made.
