Have you ever wanted something sweet that is organic, then try some tea.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • • 4 tea packets(any brand)
  • • Gallon jug
  • • 1 quart pot
  • • Water(as instructed)
  • • Sugar
  • • Funnel
  • • Tongs
  • • ½ c. measure
  1. Step 1

    1. Get out a gallon jug, pot, sugar, 1/2c. measure, and 4 full size tea bags.

  2. Step 2

    2. Fill pot with quart of water and let boil.

  3. Step 3

    3. As water comes to a boil put tea bags in water and let boil until water changes color or until you can smell the distinct “tea” scent. Make sure to stir occasionally!

  4. Step 4

    4. Take tongs and remove tea bags and place them in funnel and slowly poor the hot from the pot water on the tea bags through the funnel into the gallon jug.

  5. Step 5

    5. (important) Make sure to put 1½ cups of sugar directly after you put the hot water in the jug to make stirring easier.

  6. Step 6

    6. Fill the rest of the jug up with cold water and slowly stir for about 15 seconds.

  7. Step 7

    7. Set in the refrigerator for about an hour or until cool and stir gently before drinking to even flavor.

Tips & Warnings
  • • Take whole lemon and juice it and stir into tea mix.
  • • Crush up mint leaves and mix into tea thoroughly.
  • • The less sugar you add the more tea flavor you will get so try to find an amount of sugar that works for you
  • ! Do not put mint and lemon in same drink unless you like to experiment.
