Have you ever wanted a really good dessert, one with both cookies and pudding? Well here is a recipe that uses both Oreos and chocolate pudding. It’s called Oreo Delight! This recipe is great. If you try this I guarantee you will have satisfied taste buds.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • One lb. Oreos
  • Measuring Cups
  • Soap
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Two boxes instant chocolate pudding & pie filling
  • Eight oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • One carton of cool whip
  • nine by thirteen inch pan
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowls
  • Mixing spoons
Step1
1. Wash your hands using soap and water.
Step2
2. Place all of the materials and ingredients out on the countertop.
Step3
3. Remove the white cream from the inside of the Oreos so it will just be the black parts (outer pieces of Oreos.). After you have removed the white cream, place the outer pieces of the Oreos in a bag and dispose of the white cream.
Step4
4. Crush the Oreos that you have placed in the bag. Then line the bottom of the pan with some of the Oreos.
Step5
5. Mix the two boxes of the chocolate pudding as directed on the boxes.
Step6
6. Spoon the chocolate pudding over the Oreos lining the bottom of the pan.
Step7
7. Mix all of the cream cheese and cool whip together by hand.
Step8
8. Spread the mixed cream cheese and cool whip over the Oreos and chocolate pudding that are lining bottom of the pan.
Step9
9. Sprinkle the crushed Oreos over top of all the ingredients in the pan.
Step10
10. Place the pan in the refrigerator for one to two hours. Once the dessert has been chilled in the refrigerator, remove and serve it.

Tips & Warnings

  • The devils food cake chocolate pudding works really well in this recipe.
  • It is best if you lay the cream cheese out ahead of time so it will be softened when it is time to use it.
  • If you mix the puddings together in the same bowl, then just double the amount of ingredients on one box not both.
  • Do not crush the Oreos too much or they will be too powdery for this recipe.
