Paintball is a great sport for getting in shape. You have to run jump and dive in order not to get shot with a paintball going 210mph. It is a great way to take your anger out on your family members and friends in a non-lethal way.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Paintball gun
  • Paintballs
  • Co2
  • Mask
  • Hopper
  1. Step 1

Assemble the paintball gun by putting the hopper on top of the gun. Then load the hopper with paintballs. Attach the Co2 by twisting the Co2 can on to the back of the gun.

  2. Step 2

I suggest for you to get at least four friends or family members to play. You can play with less people but it is not as fun.

  3. Step 3

Find a place to play. You can go to a paintball field to play or just play in your backyard. You might want to have about ¼ square mile so you have plenty of room and one bunker on each side of the field

  4. Step 4

You will need even teams to have a good game. If you play at home you might want to pick a referee so it will be a fair game.

  5. Step 5

Each team must go to the appointed bunker assigned by the referee. The paintball guns must be at a 45 degree angle, touching the bunker, and players must wait for the referee to yell, “1, 2, 3, GO, GO, GO.”

  6. Step 6

While keeping cover shoot the opposing team by pulling the trigger on the paintball gun.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stay behind bunkers and keep cover.
  • Be sure to wear a mask and heavy clothes. It WILL hurt if you get hit by a paintball.
  • Paintballs hurt when you get hit.
  • You will get bruised.
  • Never look down the barrel of a paintball gun
  • Always measure your paintball guns velocity before playing paintball
