Believe it or not, fruit juice stains, even blueberry stains, can come out of your clothes completely.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • large bowl or colander
  • pot or saucepan
  • stove
  1. Step 1

Of course, remove the article of clothing with the stain. This technique is definitely NOT one you can use while still wearing the item!

  2. Step 2

If it's a shirt, stretch it over a large, heat-safe, empty bowl, or colander in a sink. If it's pants, drape the stained area over the bowl or colander as tightly as possible.

  3. Step 3

Heat 1-2 cups of water on the stove to a boil.

  4. Step 4

Carefully pour the boiling water through the fabric where the stain is. The water will either go into the bowl or into the sink if you're using a colander.

Tips & Warnings
  • This may go without saying, but be careful not to pour any of the boiling water on yourself!
