When it comes to keeping your kitten or cat food fresh and edible, there is only one way I know of in doing this. Once you see worms in your cat's food bag, sitting in your hot garage, you wonder what can you do to keep worms out of your cat food and keep it safe at the same time.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Purchase a container to store your cat food in. A large 1.8 gallon plastic container can be found at your local mass retailer or grocery store.

  2. Step 2

Once I began pouring my cats food into the large plastic container, the food seemed to be fresher and there were no more gross worms.

  3. Step 3

If you get cat food from your favorite pet food store, they may also have this small clear, plastic container to also keep your cat food worm free, inside your home. This is easy to fill up and you do not have to always go outside to fill up your cat's food bowl.

Tips & Warnings
  • Find a big enough plastic container to store and keep your cat food worm and stray cat free.
  • Always keep the lid on. Otherwise, you will be defeating the purpose for having a plastic container in the first place.
