How to De stress your life:
1) Breathe and stop thinking- Try to take a deep breath in and say OM which means “I am” by closing your eyes. In the beginning do it ten times and then later on try doing it for 50 times daily.

2) Exercise and proper diet- There is so much information out there. With the help of your physician plan out a proper exercise plan and try to bring in some positive lifestyle changes including your diet.

3) Make time for yourself and your loved ones- Someone once said there is only one life to live. In this material world everyone wants to be successful but in the end what are you looking for and the answer to this question is happiness. So, where do you find this happiness? This happiness is within you. You just have to look deeper to find the answers. Try doing things that make you happy like forgiving someone, being more helpful, give more of your time to someone in need and by happy means truly happy. When you will feel that true happiness you will know as your mind will feel lighter and you will be one with yourself and enjoy the things you like to do.

4) Keep a positive attitude; learn to control your own thoughts- Always try to train your mind to think positively. There are so many stories going on in that little brain of ours. Once you learn how to control it you will start seeing everything in proper perspective.

5) Mind your own business- I know it is a bit confusing to mention this point but it is really important too. You can’t be solving everyone’s problems. First try to learn how to bring positive changes in your life and then share it with your family, friends and then the next step is changing the world. If everyone one of us can do this one family at a time then imagine the change that can happen on a larger scale.
