Things You'll Need:
- Neti pot or squeeze bottle
- Saline solution
- Water
- Towel
- Kleenex
- Sink
-
Step 1
Bend over a sink or basin.
-
Step 2
Place the spout in one nostril. If using a pot, then tilt your head so that this nostril is above the other. If using a squeeze bottle, just bend over the sink.
-
Step 3
The water should enter your nasal passage. If your passages are clear, it will drain from the other nostril. If using a squeeze bottle, squeeze gently.
-
Step 4
Breathe through your mouth while irrigating your sinuses.
-
Step 5
After sinus cleansing, gently blow your nose. Repeat on the other nostril.

on 3/25/2008 Pretty well. I have been sick so the one side was kind of blocked. I will be trying it again either tonight or tomorrow. I have a sinus headache so I'm hoping that it will help!
