I once heard an Oprah Winfrey show that stairstepping had very good cardiovascular effects...I learned that walking up your stairs gave you exercise....
First thing to know in stairstepping is DO NOT RUN up and down the stairs!!! Take this slowly and you will get the same amount of exersise as running....

By now, you have changed into your formfitting outfit and are definitely time to walk...You also may have attatched your headphones listening to your favourite music, where, this is an option....

Have a goal. How many times do you choose to walk up and down the stairway? No amount is too small, even once sees that you are trying....

be very careful walking up and down your stairs a lot because when you get exhausted, you may fall...
