Snowy days are made for children to play and construct a snowman. These cute snowman kits make a great gift and are a convenient way to save time on snow days so that you do not have to hunt the house for the items needed for your special snow friend.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Empty one gallon paint cans. Clean them out and peel off the label.
Step2
Use a piece of construction paper to create a new label for the kit that says "Snowman in a Can." Use the Contact paper to adhere the new label to the can. Do this by cutting a piece of contact paper a little larger than the construction paper, then put the label face down on the sticky side and use the sticky edges to stick it to the can.
Step3
Fill the can with the contents of what you will need to build the perfect snowman. You can include a Scarf to keep his frozen neck warm. A Baggie of Buttons to be used for eyes and the Buttons on his cold chest. A Ball of string that can be used to form his happy smile, and a hat to keep his head warm.

You can also add some hot chocolate packets for your kids to enjoy once their snowman play is done.
Step4
Put the lid back on the can and give them as fun winter gifts, make sure to keep one at home for your children. Find a convenient place to keep it so you are ready for that next perfect snow day.
